The one accessory I would love to see soon. Enables you to remotely start the car and kick in the heating cooling whilst keeping the car locked.

I don't believe this is illegal. At least 15 manufacturers already provide this within the UK and even insurance companies are onboard with this. Would be good to know if anyone (especially dealers) has heard anything about its potential availability.
Especially as the MyMazda website currently states "While we are taking a step further in improving your Mazda digital experience, the My Mazda website will temporarily be unavailable until late Spring 2019."

Think mazdas built for Canada have this option not 100% was youtube review i think
