Wipers

My 2013 CX-5 front wipers has lost intermittent and normal speed function. I still have fast speed wiper. This happened gradually over a week period.When on fast speed and I turn off, the wiper stops anywhere. Not sure if its a motor issue or a electrical issue. Has anyone any ideas?

When I had a similar problem on a Sprinter van a good few years ago it was a faulty relay.
