Title: fuel gauge

My fuel gauge is stuck on full,has anyone got a diy solution to the problem? as it's now out of warranty.

Either the float in the tank is stuck so you could try bouncing the back of the car and it may free off,or it is a short in the wiring from the sender in the tank.
