I would also be interested in this conversation, sold my Nissan 370Z slightly modded and tuned (358bhp). Decided it was time to grow up and bought a CX 5 2.2 diesel, my first ever diesel. Although I'm enjoying the car and it is great space wise, I miss my 2 seater sports car.

My wife likes the look of the older MX 5 so I'm trying to get her to trade her Corsa against one!

I know, Jesus's on the news we had 11 hours more sunshine in June than February people are writing it off, might be what's called a Indian summer, ie September  and October, anyway went to look at a niseko model today in light blue very poor for price can't understand why some independent  motor traders don't clean up the interiors. I'll keep looking keeping a eye on mx 5 owners club for sale section aswell

heard today it will be in the showroom jan 2017, from what I'm hearing folk are holding off buying soft top till they see this car,
