Title: Key Remote Battery Low Warning
Post by: Brentmere on December 13, 2020, 11:51:37 am
What is the the low voltage level of the CR2025 battery in the Key Fob remote, mine is showing a warning on the control panel when I switch the ignition off. I have checked the battery on a multi-meter and it is still reading 3 volts. I only replaced this in August this year with a Duracell DL2025?

Sorry I hadn't noticed this topic had been covered recently

I've posted before on this several times, and given MAZDA UK negative feedback. The tolerance threshold is set to high; even @ 2.96v I get the warning using good quality Japanese Maxell cells.
Never had such greedy fobs. :-[
