Title: 2013 TomTom Sat Nav
Post by: FireDiamondUK on February 15, 2017, 10:30:19 am
I have a 2013 Sport Nav with the TomTom sat nav system.

The last couple of days i have been getting a little symbol, like a signal symbol with a line through it, under the menu button on the left hand side of the screen when on the map screen which i think is indicating that it isnt picking up a satalite signal. Started doing it while we were away last weekend, and been there ever since. It is still putting the car in the correct place on the map and it is still navigating fine, however only just bought the 3 weeks ago so if there is a problem with it want to get it sorted!

Also on another note, every time i start the car up and go onto Navigation i get a data sharing message asking if i will allow it to share data with TomTom. Is there anyway to stop this message popping up? I have tried clicking both yes and no but still appears every time and i would rather it didnt... :)

Try doing it through settings:

If that doesn't work you might want to consider a factory reset:
