I drive a 2020 CX-5 Sport and I have noticed when it's started I can hear a noise, a rattle which only lasts for around 1-2 seconds, the difference is that it is not noticeable when the engine is cold, but it is very noticeable when the engine is hot, if I have been out of the car say shopping and comeback and start the car the rattle is more pronounced. I reported the 'fault' to Mazda a couple of months into ownership they said that they cannot find the origin of the noise, yet I know the car does have a problem. Mazda also stated that it maybe the starter motor, 'settling back' or something like that. Anyway, wondered if any on the forum may be aware or have had similar problems.
