Odd problem
« on: May 28, 2014, 10:08:49 am »
Can anyone suggest why my audio system would lose one channel (left side) when playing music via Bluetooth? The radio and CD is fine, but the sound is only coming from the RH side speakers on Bluetooth (Spotify) - if you shift the balance to the LH side you lose everything. This seems to have happened after it went in for it's 37500 service, plus a mirror replacement. I'm assuming they must have disconnected the battery as I've had to reset a few other settings. Can't see anything obvious that needs resetting, on the audio system or the phone (nothing has been changed phone-wise).

Alan.

Problem solved - it was the phone. A hard restart and re-pairing with the car solved the trick.
