anyone had experience with the above. My free 12 months is about to expire and was considering purchasing another year but would like some feedback first.

I took out the 3 year service plan soon after I bought mine,
not the same as your enquiry.
Seems to be operated via an insurance company.

Gives you some protection against Servicing cost annual price hikes.
