Hello Everyone
I recently joined the forum, we have bought a new CX-5 Sport Nav, its the standard car with LED headlights with the Adaptive front lighting system.
I cannot find any information about adapting the Headlights for continental driving. Does this mean we will still have to use beam Deflectors.

Hi and welcome.
The issue of continental driving has been covered here http://mazdacx5forums.co.uk/index.php?topic=204.0 (http://mazdacx5forums.co.uk/index.php?topic=204.0) You still need deflectors, it seems.

Hello Alan
Wow that was a quick reply thanks, looks like beam deflectors again.

Agreed - you still need them. Having previously had a Skoda which had a setting to allow for continental driving I was a bit surprised and checked with Mazda UK who confirmed I did even for the LED set up on the Sport Nav.
I used Eurolites when I went to Spain recently - they're neat and effective.

I think the led head lights are poor compared to my Xeons on the last sport. Also why no head light washers?

What has this to do with Beam deflectors ?
