recently taken over by Arnold Clarke - only have one Mazda technician now as they concentrate on Mitsubishi. Tried to book a service and a safety recall job... and they are booking 3 months ahead!! ridiculous would not even do the safety recall job sooner..

I'd be having a word with Mazda UK customer services, if I were you, asking whether they consider that acceptable? My dealer normally books about a month ahead for services, but that's to ensure they can arrange collection and delivery (or a courtesy car).
