Towing my caravan from Malvern to Dorset. Programmed in the satnav and off we went, down the M5, skirted around Bath, then made our way to Shaftesbury.
We were told to go down the A350 heading to Blandford, but there were signs up saying road closed. I ended up with a large diversion, then later looked at the route on google maps, they had the road closed for a 4 mile stretch at Nutford. Had I followed the satnav I’d have been in serious trouble.
Lucky escape for me but that’s a shocking omission, and the latest in a series of errors I’ve seen. Tom Tom are so much better in my experience.
