Traffic camera warning
« on: July 18, 2016, 05:01:20 pm »
Hi,

Does anyone have or have had the Traffic camera/Reduce speed warning on constant or looping.

It does not do it at all the cameras only at some, what it does is say reduce speed and it carries on repeating itself even when the car has stopped at lights, it only stops after I'm well away from the cameras.

The car does have the latest updates ie version 513

Cheers,

Colin.

Only thing I've noticed is that it appears to be clever enough to detect when I camera is only looking at one lane, so its possible to pass a camera with no warning.

I turned the verbal warning off as it was so annoying, unlike the TomTom version on the 2012 model where it would just make a single bleep.

Thanks for the replies, I may just turn it off then until I take the car in for a service or another update!

I too had a continual loop of speed camera message last week. funny thing was that I was not near a camera.
