Title: New Lower Emission Petrol likely from 2020

OK in our vehicles it seems.
This'll have 10% (% by volume) ethanol, double the current.

This goes back to 2013. What is new?

Newspaper article yesterday indicates UK will be applying from next year,
although we hopefully have left the EUSSR by then!
