Title: Wiring Harness Fault

I have just received a recall letter from Mazda for my Mazda CX5 2019 year ( just out of 3 year warranty) recall is free of charge. Does anyone know what the problem is?
It says the engine could cut out without prior warning.

Fuel pump, we had letter from DVSA.gov got ours  replaced yesterday but on the 2018 model

Wear in the harness affecting SCR (adblue) leading to engine cutting out
