Just got to recommend this dealer.  We have been using them since we bought our Honda CRV from them back in 2006, nothing but good old fashioned service from them during that time.  They are now a Mazda dealer and I bought a 2014 175bhp sport nav (10500 miles) from them on the 30th November 2016. 
Not always the cheapest but good service.  Put the Honda CRV in for work last August, discs front and rear and a new right rear calliper, everything went wrong (comes from working on 10 year old alloy bits with steel bolts), Neil Smith the service manager bent over backwards to get the car back to us for the bank holiday, a day late but we still got away by 10:00 on the Friday morning (we were aiming for 06;00 to avoid traffic), and no change in the original quote.

Now having some small problems with the CX-5 but all being addressed under warranty.  So I have no hesitation with recommending this dealer.  But Mazda head office I am not so sure about?!
