Title: Car mat issue - any suggestions?

Looking around, apparently everyone only supplies mats with 13mm.
Any thoughts where I can buy 11mm mat fixings?

Post by: MickyFinn on August 01, 2016, 05:28:04 pm: I've already got a good set of mats, all I'm looking for are mat clips with 11mm holes that I can fit to the mats. Normally the mat fixings come apart and merely snap together, so they're easy to replace - as long as I can find some.

Post by: xtrailman on August 03, 2016, 04:39:41 pm: I looked at my dealer fitted carpets, the carpets have a hole in them, but the "button" appears to be well secured part of the fitted carpet.
So i'm not sure what your problem is, can't you enlarge your aftermarket carpet holes to fit?

Post by: MickyFinn on August 03, 2016, 05:02:52 pm: That's the real issue. My studs are very firmly affixed to the carpets, and the studs are 11mm diameter. So I'm trying to find a set of 4 fixings for the mats (already have holes in the right places) that will clip onto the studs. Needless to say, I don't want to risk damaging the carpets by removing the studs.
