Hi all...hope someone can help.
I have a 2017 CX-5 Sport Nav (17 plate registered in June 2017) 175ps.
As in the title above, I can add postcode no problem, but when I come to add the house number it will only let me put in a number between 20 and 30. Is there any way I can enter a house number that is less than 20?
Thanks and regards,
Clive

This does seem to happen with some addresses, I've had the same thing happen. Has the map data been updated; you should get 3 years fee updates with the car?
I guess it could also be an issue with the map data from Navteq? There may be a way of reporting missing addresses back to them (there used to be on the MK1 TomTom nav system), but I've never checked.

Thanks BigAl...I updated the maps about a week ago, but still the same issue. As I say, postcodes are not a problem, as that will get me where I want to be, just annoying that I can't put in the house number!
I'll check to see if I can report it.
Thanks,
Clive

postcodes are not a problem
Well, now you mention it, I've also had some postcodes that can't be entered as well... ::)

I've noticed quite a few street numbers aren't available on this Navtec software. Usually has the post code - and therefore the street - but maybe 50% of the time doesn't have the house/building number available. Just have to go with the closest number available, which is poor to be fair.
