Title: Mazda aero Roof bar fitting instructions - MK1 CX-5

Does anyone have the instructions for a MK1 CX-5 2012 - 2016 for installing the Mazda OEM aero roof bars. I have bought some but they don't have any instructions and I want to ensure securing bolts etc are at proper torque etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!
