Rear nearside Bumper light

The rear n/s light is loose is there a quick fix or does the bumper have to be removed to fix

Ketelios:
I had same issue last year on my CX5. Local garage thought that someone had just touched the bumper and pushed it in without breaking the light. He managed to fix it in 15 minutes and did not charge me.
