Title: Front Suspension "creak" noise

Hello,

I've a 2016 CX-5, Manual, Platinum (SportNav in UK) 150PS. I've 40,00Km (25,000miles) and the front suspension creaks when going over a speed ramps, I'v noticed also going over road with tarmac missing or a man-hole cover, the car seems to skip from side to side. Could this be a shock absorber/bushing issue ?
