Title: goodyear efficient grip
Post by: hovis on January 10, 2020, 10:47:05 am
Morning All.

Goodyear efficient grip 225.55.19
Had four of these fitted recently at local tyre company, at just under £119.00 each all in, compares well with Blackcircle at £116.00.
Find road noise considerably less intrusive, will come back and let you know what I think about grip etc.

Roger.

Had these on a Honda CRV (pre CX5, now have E-Pace) and was impressed with them. So much so I put them on my wife's Fiesta at the time as well. Decent grip in the wet and improved fuel economy too.

I had them on my previous car and found them to be really good, they had 13k on them when I sold it and will definitely have them on my CX-5 when the time comes. There's a set on my wife's current car now too, they done around 8k so far. I find them to wear & grip well in all conditions, they're good value all-round.

What tyres were you using prior to the change?

I can't remember tbh, it was whatever a 2016 Evoque came with as standard.
