Title: Call Mazda Insurance before your own Insurance.

I have a need to inform my Insurance that someone has reversed into my car, causing a small split in the bumper panel. Mazda have quoted just over a thousand pounds for the repair. Does any one know if or why calling Mazda Insurance would be an advantage over going straight to my insurer?

They offer to pay your excess if you let them handle your claim.

Thanks Anchorman, I think I will stick with my own insurers.

Very wise, I foolishly let Vauxhall Direct (Phone Us First), handle a similar repair to the Wifes Corsa, it was a disaster, they couldn't organise an orgy in a brothel, I kid you not..!
