Title: MZD And Blackberry - Network Error

Hi,
I've got a Sport and I'm having issues with connecting the MZD system to my blackberry Q5 hotspot. Each time I try I get "Network Error"
my wife's Android connects straight away.

Does any one know what Network Error means as I cannot find it in the manual.

Any help will be greatly received

1/ What software version have you got installed?

2/ Have you tried connecting another device to the phone's hotspot successfully?

3/ And finally have you checked your phone on the compatibility list?
