Pop up appearing saying location added to Favourites

Anyone else had this ???

Driving along listening to music via Bluetooth, a message pops up on
touch screen saying "This location (that I'd just driven past) had been added to My Favourites",
and an  OK button to accept.

This despite fact I wasn't actively using navigation on journey, or gone into menu settings
from MAP view, to save location.

Never had this. There's a ghost in the machine so time to call the Police. :)
