NEW MAP UPDATE Available

I've got a 3 week old CX5 and tried to update car's SD Card, via my PC.

MAZDA TOOLBOX refuses to see SD on either a WINDOWS 10 OR 11 PC.

Very frustrating; problem seems commonplace.

Additionally Toolbox guide is wrong as it says NAVIGATION must be turned on in car, when inserting SD Card into PC SD slot; clearly car's NAVIGATION doesn't work when SD Card not inserted in car.

UPDATE:

it seems you need to discard MAZDA TOOLBOX s/ware, if you have latest SATNAV [11" Screen], and only use the new MAZDA UPDATE TOOLBOX for new maps.
