Hi. I just got a '15 plate cx5 sport nav and although it's got some of the 2015 updates (grill, Dab, etc), it doesn't have the lane keep assist or blind spot monitoring.

I do believe that it has a front camera system which leads me to my potentially silly question...

...Is it possible to get Mazda to retrofit this to my cx5?

Thanks in advance!

If this can be done it will be expensive, the lane keep assist and BSM were part of the safety pack

In a word, no.

The features you state were factory fitted as part of the Safety Pack. It can’t be retrofitted.

The blind spot monitoring is a rear camera thing.

The blind spot monitoring is a rear camera thing.
The blind spot monitoring uses radar sensors built into the rear bumper, the rear view camera does not operate when travelling forward..... ;D
