I have 2014 nav-se-l I have been trying to update my Tomtom SD card via laptop. But the Mazda toolbox is not seeing the card so cannot update. I have tried turning sat nav on in the car at the same time, as it says to do.But don't know why as it won't start without the SD card in. Any help would be much appreciated as don't think it's been updated since the car was new.

Mazda Toolbox is only for updating the satnav on post 2015 models. For the TomTom models, you need the TomTom Home software. Be aware that map updates and live traffic are a subscription service, and are pretty pricey considering what they are!
