I have just bought a 2015 CX-5 and the passenger side wing mirror fold motor has failed as appears to be regular having looked at this forum. It was constantly whirring.
I disconnected the wires in the door to stop the whirring but of course I have now lost my repeater indicator and the ability to move the mirror glass.
Does any one know which colour wires power the folding motor please? I am not sure if they will pull out of the connector easily so don't want to snap them and find I've taken the wrong one out.
I can live without a folding wing mirror but would like the ability to move the glass. The MOT is next month as well so the repeater needs to be working.
