Difference between head/tail lamp clusters between 2015 facelift and 2014 models

I've just changed from a 2014 se-l Lux nav to a facelift 2017[pre mark2] sport nav model. I had Chrome 'brows' on both front and rear head and tail lights on the 2014 but the facelift model seems to have a slightly different shape to the clusters. Any one know if there is a difference before I invest in any new exterior accessories?

Don't honestly know, but bear in mind that the lights vary across the range of any particular MK as well, e.g, the 175 sport nav has LED rear lights, base models don't. I'd be surprised if they were identical between the MK2 and 3? Someone here will know...
