USB issue

USB does not list files in correct alphabetical order under root file, folder, any ideas? 2017 mk 1.

Check your software version first, it may need an update by the dealer. I rarely use the USB which makes it hard to comment, but I believe others have had issues due to software and also due to faults in the infotainment head unit.
