19" wheels

Hello peeps. I'm after a 19" OEM alloy wheel for my 2014 CX -5, but I've seen two different part numbers. I've only seen the 19" wheel with one tyre size so I'm a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated.

There are several 19 inch wheels but the dealer will tell you which on from the VIN No.
