Yes, it does, although it's almost hard to see under normal conditions. You may not even notice it working until you drive in fog for the first time. I still haven't fully worked out the movement, but it looks like:-
- When turning left, the RH light turns inwards and LH stays still
- When turning right, the LH light turns outwards and RH stays still
