Bluetooth won't download contacts list
« on: September 25, 2019, 01:30:26 pm »
2019 CX-5 Took a few attempts to pair the phone to the unit but successful and have no trouble with CarPlay or making or receiving calls. Trouble is since August I have been unable to download my contact list, tried removing the device from the bluetooth list and from the iPhone 7, re booted the phone but nothing. The unit tries to download the list gets about a centimetre along the bar and then stops. Checked iPhone settings and all seems to be ok. Any ideas?

Been on to EE, did a hard reset and reloaded all data from cloud, still the same.

My wife  iPhone 6 paired perfectly, the settings are exactly as mine are?????????

Go into settings on your phone then Bluetooth then tap that little blue icon by Mazda. From there you can allow notifications and share contacts.
