There does appear to be a distinct lack of activity on this board. Come on people, even if we agree to disagree. Perhaps all our cars are perfect so there's nothing to discuss. Obviously the sat nav is completely useless and not fit for purpose. We should be thankful that our board is not U.S. centric where we can discuss the merits of how many machine guns will fit in the boot (trunk) of our CX5.

Maybe we're all so happy & content with our CX-5 there's nothing for us to comment on/complain about, other than the Sat Nav of course

Had no need to use the sat nav yet. Can't be that bad, can it???

I used the company pool car recently, a Nissan Squashqai diesel. I did notice it was revving 200 rpm more than my CX5 at 70 mph in 6th gear, and the fuel computer was saying 57 mpg, something I've never seen on my CX5

I must say there is more of a feeling of calm lately and it seems there isn’t as much moving posts etc which I find easier to use.

I guess it will take time for those that left to come back but it’s certainly a better place is my opinion.

As am I I hope it's the case that people are looking on here and finding the information they want rather than lack of interest. This forum is relatively sane compared to the American centric one.

Prior to this forum I joined the Cx-5 Face book page. Plenty of comments on there, but unfortunately they are in the main adverse comments. I purchased my 19 plate Sport Nav 2.2 diesel in Nov last year.

After reading the comments on FB, I am beginning to wonder if I have made a huge mistake. As I said, most of the comments on FB are adverse. I have driven Jaguars for the last 11 years, all fault free. The only comments on the Jaguar FB page were positive accompanied with photos of drivers pride and joy.

Very disappointed with the comments from CX-5 owners. Fortunately, no problems with mine as yet after 3 months.

I bought my CX5 in September 2018 and am really pleased with it. For the price I don't think there is another make that can touch it. How much would you have to pay for a Jaguar with the same trim and equipment level as the car you have now? Personally, I don't give a toss about anyone else's opinion about my car.

We've done 13000 miles in 10 months in our 19 plate sport nav.....love the car...not missed a beat....great economy and a comfy drive on long journeys.

The trouble with the facebook page and the internet in general is you only hear the horror stories....theres plenty of jag owners who have problems!! This is our first Mazda and indeed first jap car...must say I don't think it will be the last mazda!

Dont do facebook but im just trading in my 8 year old cx5 with 60k for a new one. Find it hard to match all the tick boxes   with any thing else

Totally agree, I nearly bought an F-Pace before getting my 1st CX-5 a year ago, this was after retiring and many years of having high end company cars. I'm with Steve, it's a superb car for the price.
