Not come across this one.
The internet is a huge dumpster. You have to look hard to find anything useful.

Got same problem,  Set radio to find stations on DAB   it gives me a list of available stations  when i pick one i get message  searching then station not found please retune   Also have very poor reception on FM  and  radio has a habit of resetting to factory i.e.  I lose all pre tuned stations, radio goes to 87.5FM  and all audio controls go to 0.
Going in to Mazda dealer tomorrow so will post outcome
FOLLOW UP
Two hours in Mazda dealers  First of all i was told i don't have a DAB radio he then opened door and found it.  Then said he would have to run full diagnostic on car  (£98)  I explained all i want is soft wear updating, check on Arial boosters and wiring.  Two hours and £104 later got car back DAB working perfectly and AM/FM tuning in ok as for volume resetting fingers crossed all ok so far

I don't use the DAB as I find it a pain in the a$$ (and use Spotify via bluetooth all the time). However, I've had the volume reset to zero a lot of times. My dealer has discussed this with Mazda who apparently have "never heard of it happening".

When it happens (sometimes mid song) it's not just volume that resets to zero, the bass, treble and balance controls all reset to default positions as well. MZD software was updated on Friday, time will tell if it still occurs.
