I’ve just had the dreaded low oil pressure repair on my 2014 CX-5 2.2 Diesel because of a blocked oil strainer with carbon build up at a cost not far short of £900! I want to start regularly monitoring my oil pressure to be ahead of the curve on any oil starvation issues. Does anyone know of a suitable OBD scanner which will monitor oil pressure within the standard suite of parameters?
My car has done 56K miles, the service manager at the dealership told me they are getting in cars with this issue after only 12K miles!!!
