Evening board.
Sorry board if I'm jumping straight in and begging you for help but I'm in a quandrary.
I test drove a lovely 2012 2.0 petrol sport CX-5 today but it had 103000 miles on it.
The car looked well cared for and it came with a full Mazda service history.
In the history it said the clutch assy had been changed at 100,000 miles.
My question to you guys is this.
When I took it for a test drive 1st and 2nd were fine but when I put it into 3rd I looked down at the gearbox and thought that didn't sound just right.
4th was OK but 5th might have sounded "weird" but not as bad as 3rd. 6th was ok
After a few minutes the sound didn't appear to be as bad........ Or that could be me getting used to it
Does anyone know if this could be a problem.
Additionally the car only came with 1 key fob.
This fob had a little key hidden inside it.
Will buying a 2nd key, which is a must, be expensive?
Thanks in advance for any help
Ken
