New Mazda CX-5 purchased in Oct 2017. Hit and run driver dented boot lid and bumper so we had to take it in for repair. No issues with the repair, which was done in three days BUT they then told us that they could not source the paint as it was a new colour. What on earth are Mazda or their paint suppliers doing if repairers cannot get the paint when the model is out there. We know that the repairer is genuine because we know of someone elsewhere in the country with the same issue. Come on Mazda please get this sorted as we are now without the car for nearly 3 weeks -quite ridiculous and we are certain that this will knock on to our insurance premium renewal as we have had a hire car for so long. Very unhappy with the situation.
