roof bars
« on: October 18, 2014, 09:18:32 pm »
Hi, looking forward to getting my CX 5 a week on friday (2.2D 150 manual in soul red), replacing a 3 yr old skoda octavia estate.  Choose it partly because my bicycle fitted in the back in a reasonable complete state (unlike Mazda 6 tourer)! My query is in respect of roof bars.  Has anyone fitted the Mazda ones?  they seem quite cheap for "aluminium aero bars" when compared with market leaders such as Whispbars and Thule (although Thule bike rack is also in Mazda catalogue). Any help gratefully received!  Doubtless I will have other questions soon!

I had them fitted at purchase in June, and they are very good, and quiet enough when driving to leave them on permanently as they actually add a more purposeful look to an already good looking vehicle as well.
I came into this world with nothing, and have most of it left.
